I got the basic idea for this drawing in the sketch raffle I did last summer and although the request didn’t win back then I kept it. About two months ago (yeah, it took that long D’: ) I sketched the pony and the gryphon and decided to add this tavern scene. I’m not sure if the main idea of a pony and a gryphon playing rock paper scissors still sticks out but I hope you like the general picture ;)

What happened before…?
- Luna watched a nightmare about a Changeling hidden among ponies
- Chrysalis noticed that a Changeling separated from the hive mind
- Turns out it’s Derpy.. but they don’t know yet
- Chrysalis tried to contact the Changeling, but a brain damage made Derpy lose her connection to the hive mind
- Derpy notices.. and knows she has to protect her daughter Dinky
- Don’t forget about that magic apprentice link between Luna, Derpy.. and Chrysalis?
But for now Derpy is doing her book duty ;)

After reading about all that fun @lewisandquark have with neural networks (and me having to deal with those networks at uni soon) I was wondering if they could generate interesting character names for our fandom. (Most mlp names are <random word> + <random word> anyway xD)

Maintenance Work
I finally did it! I finished a pic this large again and i tried to use a new technic to do my shadows etc.
The whole picture took me 23hours (without breaks). It shows my OC Kami and a OC i created as i made this pic working on a AH-1 Super Cobra in MCAGCC Twentynine Palms.
